We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical projects. PMs provide strategic leadership to field teams as P&L Managers with financial oversight.
Deliver projects according to client needs while exceeding expectations. Develop comprehensive project plans incorporating requirements, constraints, and opportunities. Direct all project activities including design, planning, and execution through completion.
Provide leadership and support to field teams while managing financial performance and mitigating risk. Develop and preserve positive business relationships with clients ensuring contractual compliance. Drive new business development opportunities to grow the organization.
Maintain all project records to ensure relevant information is documented and secured. Contribute to our mission of being empowered thought leaders boldly changing the construction industry. Pursue personal growth in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities
- Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities and take initiative
- Demonstrated success leading a team through complex project execution
- Experience managing and leading field-level staff and holding them accountable to project goals
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills; bilingual a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of relative experience
- 5+ years Project Management experience in construction required
