IMI seeks a full-time Regional Division Project Manager local to the Athens, GA area to oversee all operations within a designated geographic region.
The role involves managing sales, developing regional strategies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company practices and policies, with safety as the top priority. Daily efforts focus on cultivating a positive safety culture, executing sales strategies to meet targets, and analyzing market opportunities to champion the company's position. Financial oversight includes managing budgets and optimizing costs while addressing customer needs to drive business growth.
Team leadership entails recruiting, training, and mentoring members, evaluating performance, and providing coaching. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred or 5 years of experience in Industrial project management
- Minimum of three years’ work experience in Industrial Contracting
- OSHA 30 required; must obtain within 60 days of hire date
- Proven experience in people management and a commitment to industrial safety
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer experience, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations within a designated geographic region
- Cultivate a positive safety culture throughout the entire division
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify opportunities within the region and analyze competitor activity
- Monitor and manage budgets, project manager performance, and cost optimization areas
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members while evaluating performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior management to develop plans and align strategies
