Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred or 5 years of experience in Industrial project management
Minimum of three years’ work experience in Industrial Contracting
OSHA 30 required; must obtain within 60 days of hire date
Proven experience in people management and a commitment to industrial safety
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Computer experience, including but not limited to Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Oversee all operations within a designated geographic region
Cultivate a positive safety culture throughout the entire division
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify opportunities within the region and analyze competitor activity
Monitor and manage budgets, project manager performance, and cost optimization areas
Recruit, train, and mentor team members while evaluating performance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with senior management to develop plans and align strategies
