About this role
Zipline is the world’s largest drone delivery service, operating on four continents and completing millions of deliveries of critical supplies. As Regional Construction Manager, you will own and drive all aspects of project construction to establish ground infrastructure in the region. This role involves managing from contractor evaluation to full site construction.
You will handle contractor evaluation, contracting, bid evaluation, and design review in partnership with engineering teams. Lead full scope site construction management and project completion oversight with Service Operations and Superintendent teams. Ensure projects meet schedule and cost targets while managing external vendors.
Work closely with Deployment and Construction, Real Estate, Government Affairs, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure approvals and expand the network. Zipline’s Community Engagement and Legal teams support fostering local partnerships and navigating processes.

Requirements
- Experience managing construction projects and contractors
- Knowledge of site infrastructure installation and real estate development
- Ability to evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee construction timelines
- Familiarity with design review processes and engineering collaboration
- Skills in stakeholder relationship building and securing approvals
- Proficiency in vendor management and project cost control
- Understanding of jurisdictional processes and local partnerships
- Track record in large-scale infrastructure deployment
