
About this role
Providing expert assistance for planning and managing hospital and clinic projects with related parties and stakeholders. Promoting collaboration to achieve high quality and commercially viable healthcare facilities and services. Ensuring project completion on time within established timelines and budgets by managing resources effectively.
Analysing contractual requirements and scoping service deliverables in consultation with Director of Construction and Chief of Operation. Effectively measuring, monitoring, and controlling service delivery for efficient human resource management and compliance with strategic and operational requirements. Delivering high quality clinical services meeting all relevant standards and milestones.
Demonstrating strong collaboration with key stakeholders to meet strategic service delivery aspects. Ensuring sound commercial management consistent with budgets, cost controls, and profitability forecasts. Facilitating contract administration for compliance, maintenance, and periodic reviews while adhering to government regulations like Ministry of Health.
Participating in quality management system implementation, maintenance, and promotion for continuous improvement. Delivering risk assessments, incident management, and staff health, safety, and environment obligations. Reporting to PIC of local partner and COO of Aspen Medical on contractual, operational, and HSE issues.
Requirements
- Experience in implementation and management of a range of concurrent project and business initiatives with at least 10 years experience in managing large-midscale projects budget > IDR 100 Billion
- Sound knowledge of the concepts, strategies and issues associated with the implementation of related projects
- Well-developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills including ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical options; business analyst experience an advantage
- Ability to be client focused, responsive, flexible and committed to deliver quality service and improvement in an environment of continuous change
- Significant experience in a leadership role with understanding of staff management principles to create motivational work environments
Responsibilities
- In consultation with Director of Construction and Chief of Operation, analyse contractual requirements and appropriately scope Service Requirements and related deliverables
- Effectively measure, monitor and control the management of Service delivery to ensure efficient human resources, compliance with requirements, high quality clinical services, and milestones
- Demonstrate strong collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of strategic service delivery are met
- Ensure sound commercial management consistent with budgets, cost controls and profitability forecasts
- Facilitate high-level contract administration discipline to ensure compliance, maintenance and periodic reviews
- Ensure compliance related to government regulation including Ministry of Health and other parties
- Deliver all necessary internal and external service delivery and operational reports periodically
- Participate in implementation, maintenance and promotion of quality management system and continuous improvement
