CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial/industrial roofing contractor. In business for over 57 years, it has over 100 offices across the country and over 3,500 employees. An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Construction Manager in the Spec Division.
Responsible for supervising large-scale construction roofing projects. Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites and facilities. Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details to ensure project success.
Communicate with crews and operations for proficient workflow. Set up and maintain safety on job sites. Conduct daily communication with roofing crews and CentiMark project managers.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction management experience including supervising multiple crews
- Experience with all types of commercial roof systems highly preferred
- Experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures, and safety requirements
