Requirements
- Completed degree in real estate management, engineering, economics or natural sciences, or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years experience in tender management in Hochbau
- Solid experience with complex national and international industrial construction projects, preferably Hochbau and Industriebau
- Initial experience leading teams, e.g., as deputy
- Proficient and comprehensive command of MS Office standard programs
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style
- Analytical thinking and careful, structured work under deadline pressure
- Secure handling of AHO, HOAI and VOB
Responsibilities
- Develop the project budget with the design team and client representative
- Monitor and prepare cost estimates and calculations with the Cost Manager
- Develop and implement the tender strategy for the project
- Identify commercial risks and possible project constraints
- Review and approve monthly invoices from executing firms
- Create and monitor cost reports
- Prepare and agree on final settlement with executing firms
