Requirements

Completed degree in real estate management, engineering, economics or natural sciences, or comparable qualification
At least 5 years experience in tender management in Hochbau
Solid experience with complex national and international industrial construction projects, preferably Hochbau and Industriebau
Initial experience leading teams, e.g., as deputy
Proficient and comprehensive command of MS Office standard programs
Structured, independent, and proactive working style
Analytical thinking and careful, structured work under deadline pressure
Secure handling of AHO, HOAI and VOB
