You’ll deliver a first class service to our properties covering West Malling and surrounding areas. A Multi Trade Operative handles specialist and secondary trades efficiently.

Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades. Complete works in an efficient way and within required deadlines. Focus on carpentry, bricklaying and other multi-trade tasks daily.
