About this role

As Tender Package Manager, you will lead the strategic procurement and tender process for offshore foundation packages within complex EPCI projects. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing Procurement Engineers, and conducting high-level supplier negotiations. You will evaluate tenders on technical, commercial, and contractual aspects while supporting overall EPCI tender strategies.

You will develop and implement innovative procurement strategies for effective sourcing of offshore foundations. Handle complex budgeting and tendering for EPCI projects in offshore windfarm foundations. Lead all procurement phases from ITT preparation to subcontract awards in line with requirements.

Supervise a team of Procurement Engineers in an international business environment. Lead executive-level negotiations with tenderers and supply chain. Assess tenders for compliance, risks, and opportunities while preparing evaluation reports.

Requirements

Master’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or management with at least 6 years proven experience in EPCI projects
Skilled negotiator and excellent communicator able to convince and influence business partners and suppliers
Strong technical background combined with commercial and contractual expertise in EPCI procurement or project management
Experience in offshore renewables; offshore Oil & Gas, shipbuilding or other EPCI industries considered
Self-driven natural leader in complex international business environments
Curious, analytical, meticulous, customer oriented and result driven
Strategic and conceptual thinker used to developing and presenting strategies to management
Fluent in English speaking and writing; willing to work from Luxembourg and travel worldwide

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative and complex procurement strategies for offshore foundations
Manage complex budgeting and tendering processes for EPCI projects procuring offshore windfarm foundations
Lead and supervise a team of Procurement Engineers during all procurement phases
Lead negotiations with tenderers and supply chain on executive level
Assess tenders for commercial, contractual, technical, and project planning compliance including risks and opportunities
Prepare tender evaluation reports and select successful tenders
Support development of EPCI Tender Strategies and Programs considering procurement aspects
