About this role
The Commercial Manager Stationary Service handles end-to-end commercial finance topics for projects related to hyper scalers. Provide solid business partnering with key stakeholders through detailed financial insights. Pioneer the next generation of innovation in an international environment renowned for brilliance.
Manage commercial responsibility from bidding phase to project execution, including order-to-cash and service setup. Conduct project reviews, prepare progress reports, and track commercial risks and opportunities with countermeasures. Optimize orders for results, manage changes, and handle receivables.
Serve as business partner for large global hyperscale projects, addressing all commercial tasks and challenges. Collaborate cross-company with project teams for comprehensive support on expected costs and cash flow. Participate in framework contracts and sales agreements with customers.
Prepare minutes of project meetings, follow up, and review costs for budget compliance. Carry out annual and monthly financial reporting for hyper scaler projects. Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and further development of controlling systems.

Requirements
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration and 7 years of experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment or 11 years experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability when issues are complex
- Excellent knowledge of economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and analysis of financial data
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications and controlled systems
- Excellent organization, planning, and follow-up skills
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end commercial responsibility in projects from bidding phase to execution, including order-to-cash management and service setup
- Act as business partner for large global hyperscale projects on all commercial tasks and challenges
- Conduct project reviews and prepare progress reports to inform stakeholders
- Identify, track, and manage commercial risks and opportunities, developing countermeasures and updating risk plans
- Optimize orders in terms of results, manage order changes, and handle receivables
- Participate in creating framework contracts and sales agreements with customers
- Provide cross-company collaboration and comprehensive commercial support, including expected cost development and cash flow
- Maintain project objectives by monitoring actual results against plan and preparing financial reports
