About this role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plasterer who has skills in Bricklaying and other trades to join our team. You’ll deliver a first class service to our properties covering Yorkshire, Sheffield, Leeds and surrounding areas. This role focuses on specialist trades in housing maintenance.
A Multi Trade Operative carries out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs. These connect with all aspects of specialist trades like plastering and bricklaying, plus any secondary trades. Works must be done efficiently and completed within required deadlines.

Requirements
- Experienced Plasterer
- Skills in Bricklaying and other trades
- Reliable with good customer care
- Valid UK driving licence
- Pass Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Reside in England or Wales for employment duration
Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs

- Execute plastering tasks as specialist trade
