About this role
Circet USA seeks an experienced Construction Manager for the Retail Design, Development, and Build Team to drive the pipeline of new stores nationwide. This role assesses new locations for prototypical fit, designs accurate layouts with internal stakeholders, and executes design concepts and construction documents per current prototypical details. Reporting to the Director of Retail Design and Development, it impacts the entire store development cycle.
The Retail D+D Construction Project Manager supports successful execution of retail construction projects on time, within budget, meeting quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal teams, tracking progress, managing documentation, and resolving issues. This involves initial site reviews, bidding processes, contractor selection, and project closeout.
Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, managing general contractors to ensure completion to standards. Coordinate fixture fabricators with architects and general contractors for proper execution. Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions while troubleshooting field issues without impacting design standards.

Requirements
- Experience assessing locations for prototypical fit in retail construction
- Proficiency designing layouts and construction documents per prototypical details
- Knowledge of construction bidding, contractor selection, and change order processes
- Ability to manage multiple retail build projects simultaneously
- Skills in estimating construction project costs
- Expertise overseeing general contractors and fixture fabricators
- Proven problem-solving for construction issues maintaining brand standards
- Familiarity with retail store development cycles and contractual obligations
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial site reviews, develop preliminary budgets, and define project scopes
- Manage bidding process, contractor selection, construction timelines, and budgets
- Create and maintain project schedules, monitor adherence, and implement recovery plans
- Oversee construction from pre-construction planning to final closeout
- Manage contractors and subcontractors for adherence to contracts and specifications
- Coordinate fixture fabricators with architects and general contractors
- Supervise multiple retail construction projects ensuring on-time, on-budget completion to standards
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve field construction problems
