Join a fast-growing company with a purpose at Fastned to fight climate change by accelerating the transition to electric mobility. As Project Manager Construction, help expand in Italy by building a network of fast-charging stations powered by sun and wind. Join the Construction Management department with 300+ international colleagues across Europe.
Deal with all aspects of delivering high-quality charging stations across Italy in close cooperation with Construction and Project Managers Italy, and Construction Lead Emerging Markets. Handle acquisition and realization of grid connections, collaboration with engineering partners, material supply, and construction planning. Monitor planning and payments while coordinating numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Visit business partners and sites to demonstrate negotiation skills, hands-on mentality, high quality standards, and eye for details. Work in an informal, international scale-up environment with big plans for a Europe-wide network of 1,000 beautiful fast-charging stations. Support the pipeline team in site evaluations and due diligence.
Participate in exciting onboarding workshops to learn about electric mobility and fast-charging infrastructure, even if new territory. Requirements
- Degree in engineering, business or equivalent
- Strong technical affinity
- Ability to work structured and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and high level of initiative
- Ability to navigate and manage stakeholder dynamics
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
- (Near-)native level of Italian and business level in English
