About this role

Tate is a worldwide industry leader in data center infrastructure solutions for over 50 years. The Data Center Project Manager leads post-sales coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects. This role ensures alignment with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals while supporting high-growth data center initiatives.

Daily responsibilities include planning projects after sales completion and defining scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders. Create timelines, allocate resources, and track performance using appropriate tools. Monitor production, delivery, and on-site construction issues to keep projects on track.

Report to the Director Data Center Solutions and support engineering and sales teams. Meet with key partners during production stages and manage changes to meet outputs. Work within Tate's expanded manufacturing footprint across the US, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

Join Kingspan’s Data and Flooring Division, delivering raised access flooring for prestigious buildings. Contribute to cutting-edge solutions improving data center construction, operation, and sustainability. Evaluate project results and maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry preferred
  • Project Management Professional qualification (PMP) or equivalent desired
  • Agile project management experience desired
  • Awareness of quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies
  • Compliance with Kingspan Group Code of Conduct and Policies

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement projects after sales completion
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Define tasks and required resources, ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Create project timelines and schedules
  • Track deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Monitor production, delivery, and construction issues on site
  • Implement and manage change to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess project results
