They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead luxury residential construction projects.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects to ensure execution to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors. Superior leadership and project management skills are essential for success.

Projects focus on redefining quality and service standards in the luxury residential sector. The role requires coordinating across design and construction teams while maintaining strong client relationships. Site visits and proactive issue resolution support consistent delivery of high-quality finishes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury residential construction.
  • Proven track record managing projects valued at $1M and above.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple luxury residential projects from conception through completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design intent is met and quality is maintained.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.
  • Implement project management best practices, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance to guarantee timely and quality workmanship.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
