The Construction Manager partners with Regional Senior Management to determine project ways, means, methods, and staffing. Build the project on paper to identify the most efficient and cost-effective methods while incorporating SQP principles. Maintain high-level client relationships through professional conduct.
Direct and oversee the work of staff in a safe, high-quality, and productive manner. Promote client and industry relations while ensuring a safe work environment. Participate in training and certifications to support team competency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 15 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform on progressively more complex projects
- Competency in performing role in a safe, high quality, and productive (SQP) manner
- Ability to plan and define execution of construction work
- Proficiency in directing and overseeing construction staff
- Skills in promoting client relationships through professional conduct
