About this role

Join Home Group as an experienced Bricklayer in our repairs and maintenance team. Work across properties in the North Lakes on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on-call rota). Salary £34,603 per annum plus van and up to 34 days leave.

Carry out bricklaying across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments. Deliver high-quality, compliant work with multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and avoid multiple customer visits. All jobs are scheduled in commutable locations.

Requirements

City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in brickwork or equivalent
Experience in all aspects of bricklaying within a maintenance environment
Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled)
Flexible approach, able to use own initiative and judgement
Full current driving licence
Ability to use technology for logging jobs and online learning
Eligible for Basic DBS check

Responsibilities

Carry out bricklaying across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments
Deliver high-quality and compliant work
Multi-skill to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes
Work in properties across the North Lakes
Participate in out-of-hours service on a rota basis
Use technology for logging jobs and online learning
Collaborate with colleagues on scheduled jobs
