As OFCI Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery and integration of high-value Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment for a flagship hyperscale data center campus. Your leadership safeguards against schedule delays in sustainable, mission-critical infrastructure.

You manage critical assets from factory testing through onsite installation, startup, and commissioning. Track procurement and JIT delivery schedules using a Master Equipment Log to protect the construction critical path. Review submittals and BIM files for seamless equipment integration with the building shell.

Thrive in active construction environments as the bridge between procurement, global vendors, and onsite MEP trades. Lead QA/QC inspections, damage assessments, and stakeholder alignment from factory to Level 4 commissioning. Oversee modular systems like power skids and prefabricated cooling solutions.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in high-value OFCI equipment like switchgear, generators, and complex cooling systems
  • Experience thriving in active construction environments with foresight to identify scope gaps before critical path impact
  • Proficiency navigating JIT logistics and modularized power systems for precise project delivery
  • Strong coordination skills bridging procurement, global vendors, and onsite MEP trades
  • Knowledge of factory testing, submittal reviews, BIM coordination, and equipment integration
  • Proven ability leading QA/QC inspections, damage assessments, and commissioning processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of critical OFCI assets from factory testing through onsite installation, startup, and commissioning
  • Track procurement milestones and delivery schedules using Master Equipment Log and JIT strategies to ensure zero critical path impact
  • Review submittals and BIM coordination files to validate equipment footprints, weights, clearances, and connection points
  • Lead onsite receiving, rigorous inspections, damage assessments, and verification of technical documentation and spare parts
  • Act as central point of contact for equipment vendors and MEP trades from factory testing through Level 3 and Level 4 commissioning
  • Oversee deployment of modularized and containerized systems including power skids and prefabricated cooling solutions
