About this role
This role supports the Electric division by providing on-site construction supervision for industrial electrical projects across multiple states. Oversee crews, manage field operations, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and execution throughout the project life. Deliver a well-coordinated job site that stays on schedule and meets performance expectations while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance.
Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safety while overseeing daily progress reports to the project team. Interpret drawings and installation standards to manage project execution, coordinate scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurement with project managers. Supervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of experience/education
- Industrial electrical construction experience (Required)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and forecast scope
- Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Travel availability up to 100% across regional states, including overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safety
- Oversee and report daily progress to the project team
- Interpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standards
- Coordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurement
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget
- Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completion
- Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to on-site personnel
- Build and maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule
