About this role
The PCM Lead oversees and coordinates greenfield and fit-out construction projects within a portfolio. Ensures successful delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Acts as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams, managing the full project lifecycle.
Leads multiple projects simultaneously by developing comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against milestones. Serves as the main client liaison with regular meetings and updates to meet expectations. Coordinates relationships with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
Maintains detailed project schedules, including work breakdown structures and critical path activities. Oversees budgets through cost tracking, change orders, invoice approvals, and financial reporting. Ensures compliance with safety regulations, building codes, environmental requirements, and company policies via site inspections.

Requirements
- Experience leading greenfield and fit-out construction projects
- Proficiency in developing and monitoring project schedules and critical paths
- Expertise in budget management, cost tracking, and change order processes
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental compliance
- Skills in conducting site inspections and quality assessments
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, and teams
- Competence in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Strong capabilities in preparing financial reports and project presentations
Responsibilities
