Impact Fire Services, established in 2009, is a full-service fire protection company providing installation, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and retrofit of fire safety systems. The Construction Manager advises and consults on the management of overall execution and successful completion of fire protection construction projects within a District. This role ensures delivery with Operations, General Contractor, AHJ, design personnel, technical personnel, and sub-contractors of other trades.
The Construction Manager is a District support position reporting to a Regional Manager, responsible for ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects. Responsibilities include verifying that technical, sales, and administrative personnel execute their assigned duties. The role involves management of multiple projects from design preparation through final completion and acceptance by the AHJ.

Requirements
- Experience managing fire protection construction projects
- Knowledge of fire safety systems installation and retrofit
- Familiarity with AHJ requirements and code compliance
- Ability to coordinate with general contractors and sub-trades
- Understanding of fire sprinkler, alarm, and life safety systems
- Project management skills for multiple concurrent projects
- Technical expertise in fire protection design and execution
Responsibilities
- Advise and consult on the management of overall execution and successful completion of fire protection construction projects
- Ensure delivery of projects with Operations, General Contractor, AHJ, design personnel, technical personnel, and sub-contractors
- Manage financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee successful completion of assigned projects
- Ensure technical, sales, and administrative personnel execute assigned responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from design preparation through final completion and AHJ acceptance
- Coordinate with fire protection installation, maintenance, and inspection teams
