The QA/Cx Site Manager is critical to ensure Rosendin is “Building Quality” and delivering it successfully to all customers. Execute and manage the project quality and commissioning plan and team from beginning to end. Experience meaningful career growth with a proven industry leader on high-profile projects.

Assist with developing the project-specific quality and commissioning plan. Lead implementation and management to ensure adherence throughout the project. Support scheduling of quality, vendor, and commissioning activities to meet milestones.

Review equipment specifications, BOMs, and submittals for accuracy with project scope. Complete inspection checklists and testing documentation to validate installations. Coordinate inspections with AHJ, GC, and Owner for approvals.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of electrical project quality and commissioning processes
  • Familiarity with equipment specifications, BOMs, and submittals in construction
  • Experience validating installations through inspection checklists and testing
  • Ability to coordinate AHJ, GC, and Owner inspections
  • Proficiency in creating site-specific startup documentation like MOP’s and SBS’s
  • Skill in analyzing quality data and metrics for project improvements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of the project specific quality and commissioning plan
  • Lead the implementation and management of the project quality and commissioning plan and team
  • Support Project Management with all quality and commissioning related documentation and final turnover package
  • Support scheduling quality, vendor, and commissioning activities to meet project milestones
  • Review project equipment and material specifications, BOM’s, submittals for accuracy and consistency
  • Complete required receiving and installation inspection checklists and testing documentation
  • Coordinate all inspection requests and walks with AHJ/GC/Owner
  • Assist with coordination and supervision of testing and start-up activities
