CSA Package Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a CSA Package Manager to support one of our clients on a Data Centre project in Kirkkonummi, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible. This role focuses on coordinating civil and structural work packages effectively.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing site QA with the project team, overseeing project schedules alongside planners, project managers, sub-contractors, and consulting engineers. Handle all site operations, track sub-contractor progress and manpower, and conduct weekly meetings. Ensure sub-contractor documentation, including safety files, remains up to date.

Collaborate by attending site meetings, internal reviews, engineering reviews, planning sessions, and handover meetings. Liaise with the design team and project coordinator to prioritize and issue necessary information per the construction schedule. Review drawings, setting out details, and incorporate builders works drawings for services.

Issue reports to the project team and hold weekly commercial meetings to capture variations and issue costs to the client. Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snags. Join a team delivering workforce solutions for demanding technical projects across multiple countries.
