About this role
SERVPRO of Anderson/Indianapolis North/Hamilton County is looking for a Construction Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients. In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.
Oversee operations of all construction projects to ensure customer and client satisfaction. Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents. Monitor project schedules, completion timelines, and budgetary requirements.
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements. Maintain proper documentation including photos, contracts, and change orders. Perform end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with superintendents.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Responsibilities
