Join the Falcon 2.0 Network Deployment team at TELUS, a leading telecommunications company in Canada offering wireline, wireless, internet, and Optik TV. This transformational role supports the #1 strategic investment in growing PureFibre infrastructure to homes and businesses across Quebec communities. Facilitate transformation by maximizing build efficiency and schedule predictability with build partners.
Lead the end-to-end PureFibre Network Deployment program, focusing on build efficiency, project implementation, quality standards, and safety. Oversee multiple projects and coordinate TELUS build partners constructing outside plant infrastructure. Showcase TELUS values internally and externally as a community champion.
Collaborate with core program teams and cross-functional groups to establish consistent operating processes in construction. Support build partner teams for specific regions, projects, or product lines. Align multiple work streams in TELUS access infrastructure construction.
Drive sustainable engagement with partners while supporting long-term roadmaps and fiscal management of operations. Evaluate quotes based on cost, performance, and resources. Cultivate strong client-partner relationships and communicate project details to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Solid Outside/Inside Plant Construction knowledge
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across the organization
- Excellent presentation skills to senior leadership team
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic changing environment
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Customers First passion with strong management/leadership skills and financial acumen
- Bilingualism (English/French)
Responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation of Outside Plant infrastructure projects across various communities in Quebec
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements for timely completion of workloads
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to establish consistent operating processes
- Support the long-term roadmap for the team and TELUS build partners
- Support build partner teams responsible for specific regions, projects, or product lines
- Support TELUS PMO in maintaining fiscal management of Operation Costs
- Evaluate build partner quotes and provide recommendations based on cost, performance, and resource allocation
- Cultivate client-partner relationships and effectively communicate project details to stakeholders
