You will independently manage construction, modernization, and maintenance measures with emphasis on vacant apartment sanitations. Coordinate external partners like construction firms, architects, and specialist planners while steering internal processes. Ensure costs, deadlines, quality, monitor construction, and accept handyman services.
Perform the building owner's function and implement Friendly Home Standards. Provide technical advice to Asset Management and contribute to budget planning and process optimization. Support insurance cases alongside the team.

Requirements
- Initial relevant professional experience in apartment renovation
- Fluent German in speech and writing, English advantageous
- Completed training as building technician or master/journeyman in a finishing trade
- Experience in technical property management, house administration, or facility management advantageous
Responsibilities
- Independently manage construction, modernization, and maintenance measures focusing on vacant apartment renovations
- Coordinate external partners such as construction firms, architects, and specialist planners and steer internal processes
- Ensure costs, deadlines, and quality standards including construction monitoring and acceptance of handyman services
- Create and manage construction and planning contracts per BGB and VOB using existing templates
- Perform building owner functions and implement Friendly Home Standards
- Provide technical consulting to Asset Management
- Contribute to budget planning and internal process optimization with Asset Management
- Support and accompany insurance cases
