An Estimator with Paul Davis creates and submits estimates to adjusters and homeowners for approval. They take pride in completing accurate estimates. Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating with adjusters and customers. Reports to the Reconstruction Manager.

Contact homeowners and schedule appointments to sketch homes or businesses. Photograph properties with Matterport 3D Camera and upload to profiles. Sketch and measure areas using pencil, paper, and laser measure, then create estimates using Xactimate software.

Requirements

Self-motivated with excellent prioritization and time management skills
Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Thrives under high stress situations
Foster a positive attitude with team, adjusters, and homeowners
Dedication to customer service
Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds
Fluent in English (Spanish speaking a plus)
Valid driver's license with a clean record, clean criminal background, pass drug test, available 40+ hours/week including nights/weekends and 24/7 during CAT events

Responsibilities

Create and submit estimates to adjusters and homeowners for approval
Contact homeowners and schedule appointments to sketch homes/businesses
Photograph homes/businesses with Matterport 3D Camera and upload photos to profiles
Sketch and measure parts of homes occasionally not detected by the camera using pencil, paper, laser measure
Create estimates for work using Xactimate Software
Upload customer information into Xactimate, XactAnalysis, RMS, MICCA, etc.
Communicate with adjusters and property owners on a regular basis
Own RMS: update status of all jobs, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance tasks completed timely
