About this role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team. You’ll deliver a first class service to our properties covering March, Chatteris, Whittlesey and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of your specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

As a reliable, experienced professional, you’ll provide good customer care while working independently with the support of a company van, tools, and a regular overtime scheme. Clarion Housing Group is dedicated to rewarding hard work and commitment.

Requirements

Experienced Carpenter & Plumber with skills in other trades
Ability to provide good customer care
Must hold a valid UK driving licence
Must be eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available
Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment

Responsibilities

Carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs to properties
Complete void works and property MOTs connected with specialist and secondary trades
Deliver a first class service to customers in the March, Chatteris, Whittlesey area
Perform work efficiently and meet required deadlines
Use your carpentry and plumbing skills as primary trades, plus additional trade abilities
Operate a company vehicle provided for work use only
