Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused repairs and maintenance service across tenanted and void properties within the London Borough of Lewisham. Work as a front-line representative directly in residents’ homes and council-owned properties. Demonstrate competence in at least two trade disciplines to support flexible service delivery.
Operate independently to diagnose faults and complete repairs in a building maintenance or construction environment. Combine strong trade skills with a customer-first approach while communicating clearly with residents. Consistently deliver safe, high-quality repairs across occupied and void homes.

Requirements
- Experience working within the building maintenance, repairs, or construction environment
- Experience working independently to diagnose faults and complete repairs
- Competence in at least two trade disciplines (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating, tiling)
- Relevant City & Guilds and/or NVQ (or equivalent) in a building trade
- Full UK driving license
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check
