Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused repairs and maintenance service across tenanted and void properties within the London Borough of Lewisham. Work as a front-line representative directly in residents’ homes and council-owned properties. Demonstrate competence in at least two trade disciplines to support flexible service delivery.

Operate independently to diagnose faults and complete repairs in a building maintenance or construction environment. Combine strong trade skills with a customer-first approach while communicating clearly with residents. Consistently deliver safe, high-quality repairs across occupied and void homes.

Requirements

Experience working within the building maintenance, repairs, or construction environment
Experience working independently to diagnose faults and complete repairs
Competence in at least two trade disciplines (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating, tiling)
Relevant City & Guilds and/or NVQ (or equivalent) in a building trade
Full UK driving license
Good level of literacy and numeracy
Subject to an enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities
