We are currently looking for a Site Manager who will serve as the on-site leader for a large-scale BESS Power project in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all construction, commissioning, and early-operations activities.

The Site Manager acts as the primary interface between contractors, engineering teams, local authorities, landowners, and corporate leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project direction, reviewing progress, liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs, and ensuring construction and site safety.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in quality roles managing site operations and power plant sites under construction.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in the Renewables Industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in the US.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and high ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage EPC contract and on-site operations, reviewing project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and schedule compliance.
  • Assure that the project is completed within time and budget during construction.
  • Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements are met.
  • Review progress and liaise with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
  • Ensure construction and site safety, and prepare site reports, designs, and safety/quality control reports.
  • Ensure project compliance with Company Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards and internal codes.
  • Support all close-out documentation to the Asset Management team at project completion.
