We are currently looking for a Site Manager who will serve as the on-site leader for a large-scale BESS Power project in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all construction, commissioning, and early-operations activities.

The Site Manager acts as the primary interface between contractors, engineering teams, local authorities, landowners, and corporate leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project direction, reviewing progress, liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs, and ensuring construction and site safety.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in quality roles managing site operations and power plant sites under construction.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Experience in the Renewables Industries.
In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in the US.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Problem-solving skills and high ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Manage EPC contract and on-site operations, reviewing project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and schedule compliance.
Assure that the project is completed within time and budget during construction.
Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements are met.
Review progress and liaise with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
Ensure construction and site safety, and prepare site reports, designs, and safety/quality control reports.
Ensure project compliance with Company Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards and internal codes.
Support all close-out documentation to the Asset Management team at project completion.
