Join the QS team for MEP works in roles from Assistant to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Handle pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties for MEP Works, including preparation of cost estimates, procurement, tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecasts, contract administration, variations and final accounts. Perform or supervise taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates and tender documents. Comply with the Company’s QA requirements and best practices.

Collaborate and develop good working relationships with QS team members, clients and external stakeholders. Attend meetings and site inspections when required. Build strong internal and external relationships, especially at senior levels.

Lead and coach junior staff in service delivery, including checking their work, for Project and Senior roles. Gain preference with experience in Housing Authority or Architectural Services Department projects. Requirements

Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying discipline, Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
For Quantity Surveyor, at least 3 years relevant MEP quantity surveying experience, preferably gained within Consultant Firm
Candidates with less than 3 years relevant MEP Work quantity surveying experience will be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
MEP Engineering practitioners with MEP cost management experience will also be considered
Preferably with strong interest to participate in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying for MEP Works on construction projects
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Candidate with experience in working with Housing Authority or Architectural Services Department projects shall have preference
For Project / Senior QS, at least 6 years relevant MEP Work quantity surveying experience, preferably within Quantity Surveying Consultant Firm; Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors
