You will lead survey project delivery, planning, scheduling, and managing projects for timely, accurate, on-budget results. Responsibilities include reviewing survey documents like ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations. Occasional field work keeps you connected to operations and project needs.
Mentor and guide office and field staff with coaching and performance feedback while building strong client relationships. Ensure deliverables meet regulatory standards, internal quality expectations, and monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and performance. Requirements
- Licensed Land Surveyor (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)
- At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight
- Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
- Client-focused mindset
