Senior Quantity Surveyor

This role is responsible for managing cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for major infrastructure projects in Riyadh. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure financial and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports, as well as measuring completed work and preparing bills of quantities for changes or additional works. You will also assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations to keep projects on track.

You will work within a collaborative project team, liaising with contractors and internal stakeholders to monitor cost performance and report deviations. The environment is fast-paced and detail-oriented, requiring strong analytical and documentation skills.
