Handle pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecasts, contract administration, variations, and final accounts. Prepare taking off from drawings and pricing for estimates and tender documents. Attend meetings and site inspections as required.
Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally. For project and senior roles, supervise taking off, manage juniors, lead and coach staff in service delivery. Comply with the company’s QA requirements and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying discipline or equivalent
- For Quantity Surveyor, at least 3 years relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably in consultant firm
- Candidates with less than 3 years relevant experience considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- At least 6 years relevant quantity surveying experience in Building Works projects and/or MEP works for Project/Senior
- Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or equivalent (minimum 2 years) for Project/Senior
- Practical experience in working on private sector building works projects and/or MEP works is advantageous
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Good learner and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and ambitious
Responsibilities
- Assist or take responsibility for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account
- Prepare or supervise taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents
- Attend meetings and site inspections when required
