Industrial Carpenter Helper

Candidate will possess knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction. Responsible for maintaining equipment and tools, clean work site and personal safety as well as the safety of team members. This role supports industrial construction projects at active jobsites.

Must be punctual towards arriving at the construction site early enough to commence work. Duties include loading and unloading of construction equipment and material, plus general housekeeping of project sites. Work very closely with skilled craftsman to set up forms where concrete is poured.

Engage all forms of hard labor necessary for project completion, including installing various commercial and industrial systems. Expected to use, clean, and maintain different tools, handle hoists and other lifting equipment. Perform work at heights and in confined spaces, plus awkward and repetitive manual tasks.

Operate in a field/jobsite environment with standing, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing/pulling, and walking on uneven surfaces. Predominately outdoors at an industrial construction site with exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and loud noises. Full-time hourly position with varying days and hours, occasional evening/weekend work or travel.
