About this role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. You will construct, install, repair, and maintain various wooden structures and fixtures across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints to determine project requirements, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling wood according to plans. Install fixtures like doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, and molding using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Repair damaged parts while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success, estimate materials, and manage inventory. Maintain tools in good condition and follow procedures to meet timelines and budgets. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a similar construction environment
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent measurement and mathematical skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
