About this role

Join a growing EPCM firm and play a critical role in delivering large-scale mining and industrial construction projects across the Southwestern United States. As an Industrial Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall execution of construction activities on major project sites from mobilization to commissioning.

You will oversee construction planning, contractor coordination, contract administration, material receiving, and quality assurance and control. The role also involves ensuring health and safety compliance and coordinating with engineering and commissioning teams to drive site performance.

Typically deployed full-time at the project site, you will serve as the primary site interface with the client and key stakeholders. You will build and lead high-performing site teams, including supervisors, inspectors, and contractors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Strong leadership and ability to mobilize teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading construction on large-scale industrial or mining projects
Deep knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance
Proven ability to manage contract administration and resolve disputes
Experience coordinating between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
Ability to develop and implement construction strategies and ensure constructability

Responsibilities

Lead construction activities for major EPCM industrial projects from mobilization to commissioning
Drive site performance by ensuring alignment on safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives
Act as a key advisor to project leadership on construction strategy, risks, and execution challenges
Build and lead high-performing site teams, including supervisors, inspectors, and contractors
Interface with clients and contractors to ensure strong collaboration and project success
Manage the site construction management team and coordinate all site stakeholders
Monitor construction budget and schedule performance and implement corrective actions when required
Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress reports
