Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
In this role, perform a variety of standard estimating activities and re-measurement of work completed by contractors on an assigned project or program. Manage contractual and commercial correspondence, handle cost reports, variations, and claims. Maintain payment logs, variation logs, and claims logs.
Coordinate with clients and the entire supervision team to handle contractual and claims letters. Guide Quantity Surveyors on measurement principles and review BOQ recapitulation, monthly financial reports, and payment certificates. Support all commercial, contractual, cost planning, and cost control functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Professional Membership of MRICS highly preferred
- 15+ years of work experience in prime contract administration of major roads and large infrastructure projects
- Conversant with CESMM, FIDIC, and other relevant standards
- Working knowledge of PC software packages for contract administration
- Ability to perform in a management capacity
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
