Daily tasks include operating mobile and stationary aggregate processing equipment, performing pre- and post-shift inspections with documentation, and feeding plants with desired specification products. Operators maintain adequate material feeds, stockpiles, and consistent plant operations. Minor servicing, maintenance, and assistance with major repairs ensure smooth functionality.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Safe work history
Good record of behavior and attendance
Positive attitude and proactive approach to safety program
Willingness to do other work as needed, including heavy labor
Ability to operate and monitor equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment
Ability to work collectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Operate aggregate processing mobile and/or stationary equipment and monitor all plant equipment
Follow company policies and local, state, and federal regulations for safe, environmentally conscious procedures
Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections with appropriate documentation
Feed the plant(s) with desired specification products and maintain adequate feed of materials and stockpiles
Maintain the consistent and efficient operation of the plant(s)
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment or facilities
Assist with major repairs as needed
Maintain regular, reliable attendance at the worksite
