Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors assist on pre- and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, and final account. They prepare taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates and tender documents. Attend meetings and site inspections when required while complying with company QA requirements and best practice.

Project and Senior Quantity Surveyors take full responsibility for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, evaluation, cashflow, administration, variations, and final accounts. They supervise taking off from drawings, pricing, and manage junior staff delivery including checking works. They lead and coach juniors, collaborate with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.

Work on private sector building works projects and/or MEP works in Hong Kong. Gain practical experience in consultant firm settings with enthusiasm for success in a collaborative team environment. Fluent communication in English and Cantonese supports building relationships and project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying discipline or equivalent (possession of non-Degree/Degree in other discipline with relevant postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying may also be considered)
For Quantity Surveyor, at least 3 years relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably in consultant firm
Candidates with less than 3 years relevant experience considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
At least 6 years relevant quantity surveying experience in Building Works projects and/or MEP works for Project/Senior
Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or equivalent (minimum 2 years) for Project/Senior
Practical experience in private sector building works projects and/or MEP works advantageous
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Good learner and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and ambitious in collaborative team environment

Responsibilities
