Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or comparable technical studies, or comparable master/technician training in civil engineering
- At least 10 years professional experience in project management of new builds and renovations, ideally in industry or logistics
- Up-to-date knowledge of current legal requirements, especially in fire protection and building services engineering (TGA)
- Very good knowledge of BGB, HOAI, VOB, and similar relevant construction technical regulations
- Negotiation skills, coordination abilities, decisiveness, and solution-oriented working style
- Solution-oriented and structured working style combined with empathy, team spirit, and resilience
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and control complex construction projects with relevant fire protection components, both in existing buildings and new builds
- Lead modernization, renovation, major maintenance, and conversion measures; create and monitor budgets
- Accompany needs analysis of corresponding planning as well as decision-making templates and contribute to cost estimates and performance specifications
- Prepare and present planning results and develop recommendations and scenarios for committee decisions
- Responsible for technical retrofitting of sites and accompanying projects towards emission-reduced and sustainable property structures
- Contribute to building and implementing project structure/organization involving relevant internal and external contractors
- Control and monitor cost, schedule, and quality targets
- Conduct or manage contractual acceptances, defect management, final documentation, and invoice verification
