We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Crest Nicholson Midlands Division is recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join their team at our Yarndale Gardens development in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

Great care is always taken to ensure the end product is one of quality, sustainability and innovative design. The successful candidate will be responsible for the speedy, accurate and cost effective planning of development sites, gaining a detailed understanding of the technical site and design requirements.

You will identify and onboard suitable sub-contractors, ensure construction materials are resourced and stored safely and correctly on site, and conduct critical checks across the scheme to ensure setting out drawings, road positions, and each dwelling are accurately transferred from concept through to construction and completion.

Requirements

Strong Site Management experience with a main Housebuilder
Proven experience on multi-phase, mixed-use projects
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple subcontractors on site
Commercially and financially aware of costing and sustainability
Strong negotiation skills
Able to build strong working relationships
Strong team and people management skills
Health and Safety focused with ability to naturally promote a safe working environment

Responsibilities

Plan development sites in a speedy, accurate and cost effective manner
Gain a detailed understanding of technical site and design requirements
Identify and onboard suitable sub-contractors for each phase
Ensure construction materials are resourced and stored safely and correctly on site
Conduct critical checks across the scheme, verifying setting out drawings, road positions, and dwelling accuracy from concept to completion
Manage budgets while never compromising on quality and Health and Safety
Promptly bring any issues to the attention of the Build Manager
Manage multiple subcontractors on site with excellent time management
