Forklift Driver

As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver, you will report to the Trade Store Manager and handle distribution activities along with administration tasks and direct customer service over the phone, via email, and face-to-face throughout the Kunda Park trade store. This role combines warehouse operations with customer interaction in a busy construction materials environment. You will support daily trade store functions at Knauf Australia.

Day-to-day tasks include hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider, picking and packing orders, receipting goods while checking paperwork, and loading or unloading customer vehicles. You will also manage administration duties like data entry and email, regularly check and make up orders, and maintain operational equipment. General warehouse duties and housekeeping ensure smooth operations.

Work full-time from the Kunda Park site Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm, throughout the warehouse and trade store. Be physically fit for manual handling and assist with stock take and inventory counts. Report customer complaints and equipment faults to the Trade Store Manager using Knauf procedures.
